Perhaps this will make them notice! I've been waiting more than a week for a reply about a return. I need them to give me a number and the address to send it back. I'm covering the return cost, so I don't understand what the hold up is! I have a feeling I’ll be stuck waiting for 30 days until the return isn’t possible. I'm really doubtful about this company, and their products are really not that great!

We often feel cautious about shopping on distant websites. We bought a pair of dance shoes first, then decided to buy another one. Right from the start, the item tracking system was detailed and seemed to work perfectly. Both pairs of shoes (still unused) were nicely made, and the variety of styles available was really good. The way the items were packaged was done very carefully. Based on our experience, we would recommend Dance & Sway without hesitation. Considering the quality and packaging, their prices are definitely fair.

I ordered this bodysuit

I ordered this bodysuit for a performance where I had to be Lois Lane dancing the rumba. It was classy, while also having the flair expected from a latin dance. It was very flattering and I got a lot of compliments. My only struggle with it was stepping outside into the wind and the ruffles hitting my face and getting a little lip stick stain haha! Easily fixed by pinning down the ruffles in the front. Thank you for having the perfect bodysuit for the occasion!

I had a great experience with Dance and Sway. I ordered a pair of men's ballroom dance shoes, but they turned out to be a bit tight. I requested a swap for a bigger size, and they agreed right away. I told them I had sent back the first pair, and they sent out the new ones almost immediately, trusting me to return the originals first. The new shoes came quickly and in excellent shape. I would definitely recommend Dance and Sway and plan to use them again.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size, and they picked up the error, emailing me to confirm if my order was correct. How cool is that? They noticed I had previously ordered a 7 1/2, but this order was a 4 1/2. That would have been awful. But the attention to detail saved me time and trouble. And the shoes look great! I get so many compliments. I even had someone photograph my bag so they could order some!

Great shoes! Ordering shoes online can be hit or miss, but these worked out well! I was a little worried since they were coming from Kowloon, but they showed up in under a week, well wrapped and good quality. They fit perfectly too! True to UK size – I have a high arch but these aren’t tight and very comfy. I’ll be ordering another pair since I’m happy with them.

I got a custom dress for a dance exhibition. It was my first time ordering something made just for me. I felt a little worried, but the company was very good at answering my questions. The dress came on time, no issues. It looks amazing, even nicer than the photo, and fits really well. I wore it at rehearsal and got lots of nice comments.

This is not the first time I bought high heels from danceandsway and surely not the last. I really like every pair of heels from this shop, danced for hours without even wanting to take them off like I used to before, never managed to wear heels for more than an hour. Strongly recommend. My best shoes ever.

Returned to the typical good level of clothing and delivery from danceandsway. I have bought 3 dresses now. (The prior dress was badly sewed and didn't resemble the photos) I will customize the dress slightly with some stones, but it looks clever as it is too.
