The website is simple to navigate but lacks
The website is simple to navigate but lacks clarity when looking for details on specific products. I’m unclear on how others are getting personal service since it’s just a website. Working with local businesses often gives me more color and imprint choices. They also keep me informed as items ship and handle any damages (which can happen in production or shipping) so I don’t have to deal with that myself. I believe that saving a bit on some items isn't worth the added effort. I prefer working with local experts rather than online companies, no matter what the project.
