I got a couple clothes from lulu lemon athletica, they were a present with other stuff. ya know, they might be a lil costly, but hey, their clothes feel comfy and well-made. I dig the brand name, it's cool.

The company's customer service is terrible!

The company's customer service is terrible! My order was to be delivered last Wednesday, but it hasn't arrived yet. They're using the worst courier service, called OnTrack. I've called customer service many times, but no one can help; they just listen and hang up. I'm done with online shopping!

I really like the quality and feel of the products

I really like the quality and feel of the products, but considering the price, I thought the service would be better. I purchased a pair of tights from a store abroad, and when I got home, I noticed a seam defect. Unfortunately, I had lost the receipt, so I reached out to customer service for guidance. They told me to still file a complaint, which I did, providing a full description, details, and the requested photos. But their response was that they wouldn't review my case without the receipt. I even tried to get the receipt from the store I bought it at via email, but they claimed they couldn't find it. I know for sure I bought it there since I have the transaction on my bank account. I have a lot of great tights from other brands but have never encountered such factory issues and poor service. I’m really let down and won’t be shopping at Lululemon again.

They just sent me a note saying that my order, c32087743357, has been cancelled. They also mentioned that they knew it wasn’t great, and their Guest Education Centre would be there to answer any questions I might have. I have tried many times to talk, text, or message them, but they never explain why my order was cancel.

I buy about $3-4k yearly from Lululemon. Recently got the Rebel raincoat but sleeves are too long. Called many stores to shorten them; only Queen St. Toronto would. Left messages, no call back!! I'm done. Unacceptable service. Bad way to treat loyal customers. Won't buy again. Arrogant attitude and too pricey. DONE.

I got the half zip sweater

I got the half zip sweater, but the waist drawstring broke after just one wash. I only used it 3 times. Lulu seems to be slipping in quality and service. I'm really let down since I've been a loyal customer for nearly 20 years.
