I don’t know what’s up with Bandier now.
I don’t know what’s up with Bandier now. A few years back, their selection was great and I enjoyed many items they had. But now, the range is much smaller and doesn’t seem as special, especially with all these DTC brands doing great with their marketing. Also, I find it annoying that they don’t offer free returns. I think that’s a basic expectation for online stores, especially big ones like Bandier.

I made an order this morning
I made an order this morning, and I didn’t check the reviews because I thought it was the official shoe website. Luckily, the online chat support was quick to respond and helped me cancel the order. They also confirmed the refund is on its way. Glad their customer servise is good!

Happy I looked at the reviews before I bought anything.. too many recent bad ones. Good reviews really matter when shopping online. It's annoying when online stores are not easy to deal with and not friendly to customers.

The total was incorrect, and they claimed a reward applied, but it didn’t. They also mentioned shipping within 24 hours, but it took over a week and nothing was shipped. The phone number just has an automated message, and the online chat was useless. It took nearly a week to receive a response to my email.

Are these shoes fake? I bought 3 pairs of Nikes.
Are these shoes fake? I bought 3 pairs of Nikes. Right when I opened them, I noticed they were wrong. The quality was bad, glue was showing, stitching was poor, and the Nike logo was misplaced. When I compared them to my real Nike 270s, they look nothing alike. I’m sure these are fake shoes.
