I have liked most of my previous purchases from RedBubble
I have liked most of my previous purchases from RedBubble, but this time I am really let down by my latest order since two hats were not included. I’ve made at least 8 big orders of caps before that were perfect. However, this order also had 2 hats missing, and there was no option to report missing items, which should be available on the RedBubble site. So, I had to select two different options just to finally get in touch with customer service, resulting in several emails that were based on wrong information due to the missing item feature not being present. I haven’t received a response other than that customer service has many requests. This makes me doubt their ability to handle my issue with missing products, and I feel I will have to absorb the loss, which is unfair. A company should have some resources to track items that don’t arrive and offer refunds. I am very let down by RedBubble. I will try one more order to pay for the 2 missing hats once again and maybe a few others, then I will stop ordering for good. I have been a loyal customer and spent over $1,500.00, and I am quite let down.
