As with my past orders, the delivery time was great and they keep you informed. I really like the tugless swimming costume, and this is my third one. They’re comfortable to wear, feel good, and are truly tugless.

The items came packed in 2 layers of plastic bags. Could be handy if returning, but still feels like a bit too much plastic in the end. I ended up sending back the 2 pieces I got (out of 4 I had ordered): the trousers had a weird shape and didn’t look right, and the other thing just wasn’t the right fit. The customer service team is realy nice - no complaints there - but the online shop had the wrong info about what was in stock. Two of my items had to be cancelled because they wouldn’t be sent for ages. The ones that did come were a let down. I was looking for a decent warm, waterproof jacket last winter, but the styles I liked before were gone and the new stuff didn’t really do it for me. Their black and white micro-rib tees are solid, if only they kept all the sizes in stock; folks have been asking for more colours for years, but nothing changes. It’s just a shame, cause it’s a good company at heart, but lately I haven’t had the best time shopping with them.
