    My dressing gown arrived without the belt, but LTS replied fast on the chat and posted a new one in just a few days. Very pleased. The item is also lovely! At last, a full lenth dressing gown!!

    I ordered jeans twice and both times received

    I ordered jeans twice and both times received the wrong pair. I was also charged for delivery when I returned them. After I complained, I eventually got a refund. Both times, it said the jeans were in stock, but I guess mistakes can happen. However, having this happen twice was a bit much. I needed them for a christening, and now I won't be buying from this site again.
