I placed an order for their bunnies. At first, they charged me $12 extra. I decided to cancel the order, but a week later they wouldn’t let me. They went ahead and shipped it, and I just returned it. Stay away from them. They’re dishonest. I contacted them at least 4 times, giving them plenty of chances to cancel it. They simply refused. They can’t make you buy something, especially when they try to scam you.

I reached out to them three times, and eventually got a reply saying they couldn't cancel it because it had already shipped. It seems like they ignored my cancellation request and sent it anyway. Won't be ordering from here again. Very shady!!!

Stay away from this company! They got no bussiness selling in the United States. I made the mistake and got 6 bunnies but still nothing after 6 weeks. First thing they did was charge me more than they said. They sent an email saying it was delivered 3 weeks ago but when I looked at the tracking it just sat in Charlotte and never moved for 3 weeks. No help from them either.

Complete misrepresentation of the items. The bunny toy is described as "realistic," which is funny in the worst way. The ad shows clearly edited pictures and also images of what it actually looks like. Sadly, my elderly mom doesn't have the best eyesight and didn’t pay attention to the details.

Got tricked into paying more than I should have because it didn't say the price was in USD. Then, just 2 weeks after buying, my account was hacked, and $720 was taken out. Some idiot spent it at the Catalina Canyon Inn USA, seems like a weird coincidence to me.

Got mine today, really let down!!

Got mine today, really let down!! Looks nothing like the video on the website. Feels cheap and fake! I could have grabbed this at Walmart for $5 instead of paying $20. Took over a month to arrive too. I bought two, what a fool I am.

Complete ripoff

Complete ripoff. I ordered 2 birdhouses and double-checked the sizes before buying. When they showed up 3 weeks later, they were much smaller than described. Avoid this company!!! They will cheat you!!

Terrible Customer Service – Do Not Recommend

I ordered seeds from this company and have had nothing but problems. When my delivery didn’t arrive, I first reached out on March 29th. The company told me to contact my local postal service, which I did. The postal service informed me that the sender would need to create a ticket to investigate the missing package. Since then, I’ve sent over 25 emails following up and asking the company to provide the signed delivery confirmation they claim to have. All of my repeated requests have been ignored. I even asked for a refund, especially since it's now too late in the season to plant the seeds—but they’ve completely stopped responding. This company has shown zero willingness to assist once they have your money. I strongly advise against purchasing from them. Awful customer service and a complete lack of accountability.

I ordered the tallow balm from growhabity. Not worth it! They say 3 to 5 days for shipping but leave out it’s actually sent from Norway. Mine showed up after a whole month and it’s weird fake stuff from a lab in CHINA! No way I’d use it on my skin or face. This companny is a joke!

Got a roll of weed barrier - now I see from more reviews it might not be real, folks mention getting a tiny folded piece that’s much smaler than what was shown. I can't say for sure cause after six weeks they claimed it was in my mailbox. But there was nothing, and the box is always locked so no way it was taken. It came from Ireland - even tho they say the buisness is based in Denver, CO. Be careful. I’ve asked for a full refund and if they don’t send it I’ll go to my credit card company.

They refused to fix the issue by sending a refund or replacement. I WOULD AVOID BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY. Their customer service is terrible and won’t help you, even if you show proof with photos, dates, and order details. This company is a total scam.

They are showing different items in advertising video but selling different things.. 10 min after i placed my order, i tried to cancelled... they didn't cancel it internationally waited until shipment.. according to their policy, you can cancel your order before shipment.. but no way, then they replied saying too late...shortly, these company is not honest.. don't buy anything..

I order dinner oils that never arrived, first tracking number they provided was saying it originated from Italy and as the time passed i contacted customer service because my item never arrived and they provided another tracking number claiming the item arrived this time tracking originated from China, I’m pretty sure it’s a scam business and they ghost me after a few emails

I WILL NOT SHOP HERE AGAIN. Their customer help is bad and they won’t help even if you show them proof like photos and tracking info. This company is totaly a scam.

Can not be trusted

What they advertise and what they ship are very different. If you do not like what they shipped, they will not refund you. All sorts of scare tactics about high cost of return shipping etc. Offering discounts and the remainder is still too high for the junk they shipped to you. Check the online reviews and DO NOT order anything from this store.

Saw the seeds on an Instagram ad and made a order. The cost shown is in $ but when you hit pay, it slaps on shipping after payment, so ends up being like 25% more. Tracking from the US made no sense – package showed up after nearly 3 weaks, and it came squished, no guide or anything in the box – feels really dodgy.

Misrepresented items for sale

Never never buy from this company!!! Bought a roll of ground covering...after mire than a month...git a couple scraps!! Useless scraps. Sent multi emails ti show tracking...from Italy...then one from US....received a small package with scraps!!! Paypal will Not help you!!!!!
