This website is one of the first hits on google when you type in women’s silk tops. I ordered two different blouses, both size small. I didn’t realize at the time the products were coming from China; I should have read the small print, because I would have skipped this company. Shipping took two weeks, and when I opened the package, one of the two blouses was a size large, not what I ordered. I tried on the small and it was way too big, so I decided to return both blouses for a refund. Their only option for a customer to communicate is through email (and an on line “chat”, which isn’t in real time, as they’re in China), so I sent an email and waited. And waited. I sent an email every day for a week until someone responded, and then they wanted to know what my complaint was. That would be fine if they would respond to emails in a timely manner, but this took two more weeks. I’m being serious here. Finally I got an email with a return address and instructions, which included supplying them with a USPS tracking number once the items had shipped, at my expense. OK. I have never received a refund from this company, and finally gave up on dealing with them directly, and have filed a complaint with my credit card company. I ordered in September 2023, it’s now January, 2024, and I’m still waiting for this to be resolved. Do yourselves a favor, and avoid buying from this company.

Admire their merchandise. Silk stands out with remarkable quality. Cashmere is decent, though not the finest. Customer service tends to be a tad sluggish, yet persistent follow-ups yield responsiveness. They do make an effort to collaborate with you.

Received a cheque from the company for my shipping costs today! It's good! Returned my sweater 2 weeks ago, nothing back on my card till now so I thought they were Liars until today I got the cheque! Gotta say they're pretty honest. Thanks!

The frustrating part began when attempting to communicate with their customer service. Limited to emails and an asynchronous online chat, it took a week to receive a response, followed by a lengthy two-week delay for return instructions. Despite returning items in October 2023, I'm still awaiting a resolution in January 2024. Regrettably, this experience has led me to advise others to steer clear of this company. The order came with clear care instructions. I got the "stars&planets" pattern, and I like the bright and bold colors a lot.

The company said the delivery would take 4-5 days, but it actually took 7 days. Unfortunately, we had already left for Hawaii on day 6, so my wife didn't get her birthday present on time. However, when we got back, she really liked the gift. It fit well, and she likes how it looks and feels.

Gorgeous silk I got silk shirts for the groomsmen - his daughter's blouse was lovely, and the guys realy liked their shirts. The last-minute order for the groom's shirt, which was too large, arrived just in time, even though I didn't think it would.

I really liked my night gown a lot, so I bought another one! I got the first in XL and had to make it smaller, then I forgot it on vacation😟 so I ordered another one size L. Wish it comes quick!!! I’m leaving again and it was great for hot weather.

Silk is nice and cozy, size is good. Price is fair, sometimes sales are good deal. In Shanghai, silk pajamas prices about same, not cheaper. Delivery took few extra days, but they kept me updated. I'll buy from Slipintosoft again.
