The company are now switching to new technology

The company are now switching to new technology like self checkout to make shopping faster. I went to Westfield Stratford, London, busiest place to shop. Only three sales assistants at checkout, with 20 unused self-checkout counters. How is this ok? Waited 30 minutes to return an item, same queue for new shoppers. No one to help with self-checkout. The company keeps getting worse, falsely promoting better shopping. Stop making us pay premium price for bad experience. Rather pay 2x price and be treated well.

Avoid purchasing from Zara online

Avoid purchasing from Zara online - they are quite a mess. I was told multiple times that my order was available in-store, but when I went to pick it up, there was nothing there. The employees couldn’t help, so I had to deal with the issue online. It’s hard to reach a real person for help. I’m still waiting for my order!!

I purchased sandals online for around £35

I purchased sandals online for around £35, and after just two days of use, the color on the soles came off and the edges began to fall apart. The quality is awful!! And they even make you pay for delivery and returns. It's terible! I won't be shopping from them again!

The customer service agents are unhelpful

The customer service agents are unhelpful and chat disconnects happen a lot. There is no manager available to speak with online. They say they will look into your case but never follow up. Really bad.

Got a broken item, wanted to send back free. Talked to support 45 min, they said no fault, despite pics. Kept asking same stuff, delayed, even kicked out. Bad service ever.

I think The Vision needs better models.

I think The Vision needs better models. The clothes look odd online, and mine didn't fit right. But returning it in-store was easy. I'd suggest that over online shopping.
