I had a situation where I wore a pair of pants that did not fit the way I expected. I contacted Cuts, and their customer service team went above and beyond to make it right. Not only are their clothes legit, but their customer service is top-notch. I’m very impressed and will shop with them again!

Their AO Joggers used to be okay

Their AO Joggers used to be okay, not worth the cost, but decent. I got more this year, but they changed the fabric without telling anyone. They admitted they should have updated the site, but it's still not fixed. They fit different now, stiff and lower quality. Avoid them. Bad company.

I'm a huge fan of Cuts. Recently, my AO pants started to unravel, and Heidi swiftly replaced them. Their customer service is great, and I wear their clothes daily. Consider shopping at Cuts!
