I've been a loyal customer of Rainbows stores in San Antonio for years and even tried their online shopping a few times. But my recent experience was a disaster. I ordered two items, but my account's address has been correct for ages. Somehow, my order ended up with an address in Philadelphia, and it got returned. I was so upset because the customer service was rude and never apologized for their mistake. I had to wait for refunds since each item was returned separately, which was ridiculous. Also, I didn't get any discount on my reorder, which would have been nice. This is by far the worst online customer service I've dealt with. Shein does a much better job. It’s important for companies to apologize when they make mistakes. I reordered what I needed, but it shouldn’t have been such a hassle. Now, I’m unsure if I'll shop online with them again.
