As a proud owner of a rare breed dog, I was delighted to find that I could upload my favorite picture of him at no extra cost. The personalized mug/tumbler arrived promptly, and I must say, it's built to last! Even after using it for a considerable time, it remains in pristine condition. The lid's seal is impeccable – I can confidently tip it upside down without any leaks. I can't sing enough praises for this product! It's undoubtedly the best mug I've ever owned, and I haven't managed to break it, which is a bonus. Moreover, the artwork is precisely as I envisioned it – what you see is precisely what you get!

It's made to lst and I still use it regularly - no chips or cracks - and its lid creates an airtight seal so you can tip it upside down without worry. The artwork on this product is top and exactly as shown. I can't praise this product enough, it's the best mug I'vever owned and won't break.

I really like my turnout coat. If I could adjust something, it would be adding wrist and waist adjustments for a snugger fit. I used it in Depoe Bay, OR during heavy wind and rain. It kept me warm throughout. They also personalized it with my engine number and name. I'll for sure order from them again.

For some reason, I didn't get any tracking details, although they could have sent it, but it never came to my email. The delivery took quite a while, and the way the item was packed in a plastic bag wasn’t great. It ended up being crammed into the mailbox, which isn't ideal for shipping a hat or cap without any proper protection. It could easily get bent or misshapen or even damaged. They contacted me after I reached out to say the item was shipped and gave me an idea of when it would arrive. I appreciated them keeping me updated after I told them I hadn’t received tracking information. At this point, I don’t have any more complaints; that was just my main worry about how they shipped the hats or caps.
