HORRIBLE! I decided to make an online purchase, and they quickly roped me into their "Loyalist" club with the promise of a $25 discount on my first buy. I signed up, only to find out it didn't actually work. I contacted customer service for an explanation, and they told me to wait until tomorrow. Apparently, I could redeem the voucher online or in-store. I visited the Boca Raton store, and surprise, it still didn't work! I called customer service again, and they insisted it would work TOMORROW! What a bunch of deceivers! Won't be setting foot in Bloomingdale's ever again!

Subsequent calls led to a conversation with "Betty S- 183140," who suggested purchasing the item in-store for a price adjustment. However, her demeanor was unprofessional and she responded with snarky chuckles when I raised concerns about bait and switch tactics. Despite explaining my dissatisfaction with her sarcastic tone, I requested the company to honor the sale from their physical stores. Overall, the customer service experience with "Betty S- 183140" was highly disappointing and lacking in professionalism.

Given the high prices, exploring alternatives like Nordstrom or other options might be a more prudent choice.
