The prices were dope

The prices were dope and the website was easy to navigate. But then the shipping time came and let me tell you, I was not happy. I mean, they advertise that they're quick with the shipping, but I was left waiting for what felt like forever. Not cool, guys. It's my first time ordering from this place, so I had high hopes. But now I'm not so sure. I mean, I hope the product is worth the long wait.

Received a hoodie with red decals

Received a hoodie with red decals instead of the ordered green after significant delays. Sizes are smaller than advertised. Customer service doesn't allow returns or full refunds. Discovered the same item on AliExpress. Appears to be a questionable company repackaging goods from there. Regret not checking reviews earlier. Sharing this to warn others against making a purchase.

I stumbled across them when I was living in China and now I can't get enough of their stuff here in the good ol' USA. I ride my motorcycle a ton, so their style fits right in with my gear. And let's talk about their website - so easy to use. And their customer service? Fast as lightning. Plus, they're always having sales which is a huge bonus. My only suggestion would be to give us the option to choose which products we want to use the bulk purchase discounts on. And, like, if we have a better coupon code, let us switch it out. But other than that, they rock.

After lurking on the website for months, the constant hurdle was the dollar conversion. However, receiving your email prompted me to take the plunge and make a purchase. The array of cool products made decision-making a challenge. Now, fingers crossed that the ordered items fit well.

I went for it, like I usualy do with Amazon, but this time they charged me shipping for it insted of sticking it with the first order. With Amazon it just gets added on, no extra shipping. So be careful when they offer a discount add-on — I thoght it would be part of my original invoice, but nope. 😕

The items look good, but the categories are not well organized. The photos and descriptions could also be better. It would be helpful to know if the items have pockets or what is written on them. Luckily, the return policy is available, so if I don't like the message on the item or if it lacks pockets, I can return it.

I bought 3 items from here, all in 3XL.

I bought 3 items from here, all in 3XL. Sadly, only 1 fit well, but I really like that 1. It looks like they use asian sizing, so if you’re ordering from outside asia, you might want to go for 2 sizes bigger than usual. While my order is still being processed, I got a fair partial refund, which was great. I might have been lucky, but the support people I chatted with were friendly and didn’t act cold at all.

Need to send back wrong item at my cost for full refund or exchange. Or get part refund in voucher or payment and keep wrong item.

I felt really let down by the discount

I felt really let down by the discount on the 3rd and 5th items. I expected to get both discounts in one purchase, and I also thought I could choose which items got the discount. It made me feel cheated and upset.

Price is so confusing. Starts in dollars then switches to pounds and you pay in dollars. I'm no currency expert, so don't know what I actually paid. Item not here yet though.
