Echt goeie ervaring met Kicks Crew. Ik twijfelde eerst om de website te gebruiken omdat het uit Hong Kong kwam. Wat research gedaan en bevestigd dat het een legitieme site was. Een beetje traag met verzenden, maar over het algemeen ben ik tevreden met de ervaring en de kwaliteit van het product dat ik heb ontvangen. My order went super smooth! Perhaps some sellers had issues, but the person who sent me the cherry blossom converse did a fine job. If you’re hesitant about ordering from Kicks Crew, just go for it.

They are a real busyness with real product! I ordurd 2 pairs of shoes and overol, da experience was grate! Shipping usualy takes 2-3 weeks. Dey send order confurmashun and updats on da shipping and whereabouts. If you hav any questchuns, just email dem and they will respond. So far, I'm satisfied with da products and customer service!

The shoes I received were good, but the packaging was disappointing. The box was damaged, and they were supposed to include limited edition DC Comics tissue paper, but only one sheet was included. Additionally, unlike my Reebok pairs, these didn't come with stickers.

Kicks Crew Is Fraud & Deceptive Trade Practices Personified

I've filed complaints with my financial institution, the Federal Trade Commission's Bureau of Consumer Protection, The State of California's Attorney General's Office and the Better Business Bureau, because all of Kicks Crew's online reviews at the Better Business Bureau, Reddit & Pissed Consumer, all share the same fate. As seen in their endless horrible reviews, Kicks Crew takes your money, holds it forever, then weeks later may finally send you either used or counterfeit shoes, but most of the time, after several weeks go by, Kicks Crew finally says they can't fulfill your order at the price they advertised the shoes for and then, will only issue consumers a partial refund. Even it you get counterfeit or used shoes from Kicks Crew and want to return them, Kicks Crew will deduct an outrageous fee, from your refund, for returning them. In addition, customers who catch on quickly and cancel right away, Kicks Crew charges a 25% cancellation fee, for doing absolutely nothing. They are now demanding I drop my disputes and only then, will they process a 75% refund. What's even worse than that, is when I tried to resolve this with them and get a refund, I called Kicks Crew Customer Service Department at 833-278-**** and no one, could tell me what I ordered and how much I had spent. When I gave them my order number, they would pretend to look it up, but when I would ask them to tell me what I had ordered and how much was the purchase amount, Kicks Crew Reps became very hostile and proceeded to take sarcastic random guesses, telling me that I had ordered panties, underwear and bras, from a shoe store. Then Kicks Crew Reps proceeded to hang up on me, 25 times, repeatedly. This is a total scam and Kicks Crew is using deceptive trade practices and fraud, as their business model. Their online complaints are endless. I would highly recommend you run screaming from Kicks Crew and report them, to every possible agency, that you can. My nightmare started on February 19th, 2025, when I placed an order for tennis shoes, from Kicks Crew, which is an online shoe store, also featured on Shop. The shoes were $90.00, the shipping fees were $35.00 and the tax was $6.23 for a total of $140.23. I wholeheartedly believed the shoes were in stock and would be shipped promptly from Kicks Crew. The confirmation email from Kicks Crew stated, "Your order has been confirmed, and the seller is preparing it for shipment to our facility for authentication." That was very alarming, because it states Kicks Crew does NOT have any shoes at all and instead, is "attempting" to source shoes purchased from them, from God knows where. I started searching for online reviews immediately after getting that email from Kicks Crew and that is when, every red flag went up and I emailed Kicks Crew on February 20th, 2025, to cancel my order and ask for a full refund of $140.23. Today is 2/25/25 and Kicks Crew, is demanding I cancel all my disputes for a refund of only 75%. They can kiss my ***

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. I initially placed an order, but upon realizing that it would take 7-10 days to ship, I decided to cancel the order. I sent an email to their customer service, but I couldn't find any option to cancel the order on the Kickscrew website. These individuals completely ignored my email for an entire week and went ahead to ship the order. I had no idea how much it would cost to pay for import duties and taxes. If you want to avoid stress, I strongly recommend staying away from this company. Stress can be detrimental to your health, and dealing with Kickscrew could certainly cause unnecessary stress.

Customer support was not good.

Customer support was not good. The shipping fees were really high (around $50). I ordered size 13 but ended up getting size 12, and they didn’t offer to exchange it for the correct size. They closed my request, saying I hadn’t replied when I actually did. I had to provide screen shots to show I did respond. They eventually reopened my issue. They sent an email saying I could return it, but I still haven’t received a return label. There are simpler websites to buy from that have lower shipping costs and better help. I wouldn’t suggest this company.

This company is really not good

This company is really not good, especially if you're in the UK or Europe. They don't tell you about all the extra delivery costs, and even though they respond to emails quickly, they don't actually help much. I spent £600 on a pair of Alphafly 3 shoes that usually cost £286. I only bought them because Nike didn't have any in stock, but I didn't think I'd be overcharged! Plus, if they mess up your order, don't count on getting a full refund because they take 40% for returns.

Numerous attempts to contact them yielded no response. This business is a complete joke and appears to be a scam. Strongly advise against making any purchases from them.

Ik had niet zoals gewoonlijk mijn onderzoek gedaan voordat ik bestelde, dus na de aankoop, toen ik een e-mail kreeg dat de schoenen geverifieerd moesten worden, was ik een beetje sceptisch, maar KickScrew leverde. Ze vertelden me dat het 7 tot 10 dagen zou duren om te verifiëren voordat de verzending zou plaatsvinden. Mijn zoon was in paniek omdat hij ze nodig had voor een grote wedstrijd. Ik had niet verwacht dat de schoenen zo snel zouden aankomen. Ik werd op de hoogte gebracht toen KickScrew de schoenen uit Hong Kong ontving voor verificatie en het duurde echt niet zo lang als aangegeven. Nadat ze geverifieerd waren, ontvingen we de schoenen binnen 2 tot 3 dagen, precies op tijd voor zijn grote wedstrijd. Ik was erg tevreden met de snelheid van de service en hun klantenservice. Ik zou zeker aanbevelen en opnieuw kopen. Blijf zo doorgaan. Trouwens, mijn zoon is dol op zijn schoenen, ze waren perfect, bedankt KickScrew-team!

By Friday afternoon, they were here, all the way from Hong Kong. The tracking updates kept me in the loop the whole time, so I knew exactly where my shoes were. When they finally arrived, the shoes were in perfect condition. My daughter is over the moon with her teal Lamello’s – she even wears them for volleyball!
