Im so disappointed with Tory Burch!

Im so disappointed with Tory Burch! i ordered something on Monday for Friday, but now its Saturday. got 2 emails about problems, but when i contacted them, no one knew what was going on. They said the emails were wrong. Now it's too late, package won't come on time. UPS said they tried to deliver, but nobody was home, which is wrong. No delivery card left. Messy situation. Never ordering from TB again. Want a refund. It was a gift for a friend, but not interested anymore. Don't care where the package is. Not waiting for their mistakes. Will leave a bad review. Terrible customer service.

Customer service and delivery were terrible. Despite receiving multiple notifications that the item was delivered, it never arrived. The customer service representative was unhelpful. I still haven't received the item. They need to improve their delivery service before they lose more customers.

Terrible customer service experience!

Terrible customer service experience! Spent a hefty 240 pounds on a belt, and less than a year later, after only wearing it 5 times, the buckle snapped. When I asked for a new buckle, repair, or a replacement belt, they flat-out said no. It's shameful – a belt that pricey should endure a lifetime. I won't ever make the mistake of buying from them again. Their customer service is like talking to a computer; there's absolutely no service.

My experience with this company has been nothing short of disappointing. Despite placing an order for a bag on December 31st with an expected delivery date of January 17th, the delivery was continuously delayed with no clear explanation provided. After numerous inquiries, my order was eventually canceled, leaving me waiting for a refund. This lack of communication and failure to fulfill orders is unacceptable.

My experience with Veho's customer service left me thoroughly disappointed. Despite providing ample evidence that my order was erroneously delivered to the wrong address, they adamantly denied any responsibility, shifting the blame onto me. Even after providing detailed pictures and information about my correct delivery location, they remained obstinate. It's evident that their customer service is severely lacking, with only one overwhelmed agent unable to effectively handle inquiries. If you value reliable delivery and competent support, I advise avoiding Veho at all costs. My frustrating encounter has solidified my decision to never patronize them again, and I caution others to do the same.
