So, despite my disappointment with Trespass
So, despite my disappointment with Trespass, I am still giving them 5 stars because they were quite fair in the end. Here's what happened... I bought the Women's Jacket called "Sasha" and I honestly liked almost everything about it. The length was great, much better than shorter coats for cold weather, handy pockets, a detachable hood that stayed in place... a lovely, practical and very warm jacket. What was really bad about it was the velcro used to secure the storm flap. I think this velcro must be made for sticking things to rockets or something. It's so harsh that it tends to catch on everything. After only a few months of wearing the jacket, the soft cuff on the left side was already looking rough, and even the main fabric started to show wear, all because of this velcro. It also caused a lot of damage to other clothes when the coat wasn't fully zipped. I emailed Trespass and sent some pictures, and even though it took a little while for them to get back to me, they offered me a new jacket or a refund. I went with the refund, as it didn't make sense to get the same jacket again. It's a shame because I really liked the jacket, but this is the sort of issue you don't realize when shopping online. My advice would be to check the item carefully and see how the velcro interacts with the cuffs. If it grabs and damages it, send it back right away unless you want your cuffs ruined. Let them know about it too, so they can stop using such awful velcro. I have no idea why they would use such poor quality velcro on a garment, but we have a lot of Trespass clothes, and this was just bad.
