I must say, I'm quite pleased

I must say, I'm quite pleased with the personalized item I ordered from Famvibe.com. It's wonderful to have the option to choose designs that have a special meaning, like the adorable turtles that hold sentimental value for my granddaughter and me. The product itself is lovely, no complaints there. However, the only downside was the shipping time. It took longer than I expected, and I wasn't aware that it was coming from an international location. Apart from that, everything seems great, and I'm happy with my purchase from Famvibe.com. I got my order pretty fast. The products seem to be of good quality. I chose the pillows without stuffing since I didn’t want to pay for the extra. I was a bit unsure how I would close them up, as I don’t normally sew. I was happy to find nice zippers on the pillows, so I could stuff them myself and zip them up without any trouble. The t-shirt for my grandson looks really cute, and I’m sure he will like it.

I got kinda nervous when I ordered 'cause it was an ad on my Facebook page. To my surprise, the t-shirt I ordered came in the mail in less than 2 weeks! It's good material and will be shipped to my great-nephew in Louisiana from Washington state where I reside. I wish they offered more colors for the hat since his favorite color is blue. But the green looks cutie. I'd order again in the future.

I wanted to give my wife a gift that shows her how special she is to our 13 grandchildren (as the poet says: I don't know anyone, so I'll tell everyone). I saw the Famvibe ad and decided to try something challenging, putting all 13 grandkids on a sweater. It only took me 5 minutes! The sweater arrived, and although it wasn't cheap, it was worth every penny. My wife wears it with pride.

ABSOLUTE FAVORITE FELINE STOCKING!!! Our kitty's stocking arrived in record time and it's ABSOLUTELY DARLING! We customized it with a touch of black to match our cat's half mustache :). The stocking is spacious, fitting all her toys and treats perfectly! We're convinced she ADORED her new stocking!

I haven’t gotten the item yet, so this review is only about the support. The customer service is polite. The issue is the slow response time. There is no phone number to contact them. They don’t answer emails during the weekend. This caused a lot of back and forth emails across time zones, and I ended up paying extra to get another item made. My first review was 2 stars because of that. But then support contacted me and offered a refund, minus some fees to cover costs. I think this is fair, and I’m glad they are helping me with this. I haven’t seen the product yet to judge the quality, so I’ll update this review once I get it.
