I was really unsure after buying because I thought I wouldn’t get my package... I read some reviews claiming they were a scam or that people didn’t get their orders, but I wonder if that’s mostly because of delivery issues from international couriers. I was so doubtful, I didn’t even wait for it and just assumed it was a lost cause. But after about 3 weeks, it arrived, and I’m glad it did. The hair oils smell nice and feel good, and the body sculpting wear was comfy. The price seemed pretty reasonable to me too.

I bought 1000 wild flower seeds from this company thinking

I bought 1000 wild flower seeds from this company thinking they were based in the UK. After I paid, I saw they had changed the price and charged me more. I contacted them and they sorted it. Then I kept getting updates showing my order moving around America, but when it got here, it came from China! The seed pack was torn and seeds were loose inside the outside box. I don’t like being given wrong info, and I worry about using seeds that might be bad for local plants. I asked them why this happaned and wanted my money back, but they haven’t replied.

Bought 2 packs of bras for £38 but saw £48 taken from my bank. Bras came and looked nothing like the pictures. They feel cheap and awful. Not worth the money at all. Tried to reach their support but they are gone now. The company disappeared and opened under another name. After searching online, I found out this is a scam—they not only overcharge but sell low quality stuff. I also learned at checkout they steal your info to sell it. Bank details, phone, name, address, email. COMPLETE DISASTER.

After purchasing the tallow face cream, I realized this company is a scam. They charged me more than what was listed on the invoice, and I should of checked the reviews first. (this is basically stealing) Avoid this company at all costs. I will report them to the FDA and I don't know why their website is still running with so many bad reviews. I will also be looking into getting my money back... I REPEAT DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY

Tried to cancel my order right away since Flair Frost took too much from my Apple Pie and the products were lacking. They refused to cancel, claiming it had already been shipped. Complete nonsense. I’m also let down that the hoods arrived and the paper in the book was super thin and poor quality. Feels like a scam, though they claimed it was a technical problem, which after reading other reviews, seems to happen to others as well.

I got charged too much so wanted to stop the order right away, PayPal gave back the extra money but didn’t let the cancelation go thru. My sugestion is STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

The screen protector is a complete rip-off. It cracks and chips really quickly. It also collects dust, even though it's supposed to 'clean' the phone when you put it on.

Poor information, said four would arrive

Poor information, said four would arrive but only one showed up. After emailing them, I was told that all I ordered. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Appalled by this company

Absolutely appalled by this company, they have no ethics at all. I ordered and paid for an iPhone 16 pro screen protector and when my package eventually arrived they had sent me the 16 pro Max, which is completely the wrong size. They were not willing to refund me or provide me with the correct item. Their solution was either I pay to send the incorrect item back to them or they would offer me £3 compensation, a fraction of what I paid. I sent back and forth emails complaining and each time they were not willing to do the right thing. AVOID this company at all cost!!!!

I ordered an under eye concealer and it took forever to arrive. The product was really tiny and I kept receiving emails saying my order was on its way. I even checked my junk mail, only to find out my subscription was marked as complete.

Waited and waited never arrived . Scam company . Avoiding refund with bullshit about different tracking numbers . Don’t use this company . Plus it says uk and it’s not it’s all from China so they are liars as well as scammers

The frost free car de-icer and snow

The frost free car de-icer and snow unit don’t work properly, it’s a waste of money. The postage to return it is too high, and I lost £13, plus £6 on return costs. Very disappoiting.

Really bad experience, I placed my order weeks ago and the items haven't even left America yet. I had no idea they were being shipped from America. Totally useless.

Bought 3 bras very poor quality, do not fit, offer no support at all, what a rip off, no chance of getting my money back, please don't buy anything from them
