I recently had a nightmare
I recently had a nightmare experience with my order from Represent. When my package finally arrived, it was completely empty, like someone had opened it and resealed it during transit. I was shocked and immediately reached out to Represent. Instead of helping me, they made me feel like I was the one at fault. They said I had to take part in a police investigation, which made no sense to me.
I also reported the issue to the postal service, hoping to get some answers. Meanwhile, Represent was no help at all. They told me to fill out a form and said they’d get back to me in two weeks. Seriously, two weeks? I was left hanging with no idea if I would get a refund or if they would resend the items.
Their response was just as vague and unhelpful as before, only mentioning that they were investigating. No word on whether I’d get my money back or if they’d replace the goods. I mean, someone clearly stole my stuff, and I’m the one left dealing with all the hassle.
The lack of communication and support from Represent is just disgraceful. I understand things can go wrong during shipping, but making the customer feel blamed and providing zero reassurance is just unacceptable. I’m really disappointed and would think twice before ordering from them again.
