I had a very good experience shopping with Jade MacKenzie. I bought 2 dresses at a very good price. The dresses were nice quality and fit me well. When I reached out to the company about my order, they responded fast, and my package arrived exactly when they said it would. I’ve already told my friends and family about this company. I will definitely order from them again.

I had a really good experience. The shipping took a little longer than I hoped, but I knew that might happen. I've contacted customer service a few times and each time, they've been really nice. I’ll definitely order again soon. I really like the skirts. They're some of the most comfy ones I've found.

I am pleased with the purchase I made for my 4-year-old daughter. She also really enjoys her skirts. They are just right for spring outfits. One item was missing, but I reached out to them and got a quick reply. I will surely be making more purchases later.

It's unfortunate that I have to share this about a company that claims to be Christian. This business and its owner have been incredibly rude and dishonest. To give you some background, I ordered several of their t-shirts in August, and it's now January with no sign of my package. I have emailed many times, but the owner refuses to provide a tracking number and keeps saying it's delayed or will be here "soon." She even told me "I can continue to stay unposed because there’s nothing to be done about the situation." When I asked why it’s taking so long and expressed my frustration, she replied with "ok." I am done with them and believe they should be shut down for the way they run things and treat their customers.

Order

I ordered 4 skirts from JM in October, come January 2025 still had not received my order. Sent several emails and private messages and was responded with rude comments and broken promises of the items being shipped. Once the label was created it took another month before receiving part of my order and wrong sizes. I did receive a refund for one skirt but ended up just keeping the other 3 skirts because I was tired of dealing with such a bad company. I will never order again from them. Customer service was terrible and rude and shipping was awful. It should never take 4 months to receive your order. It took me threatening them in order for me to get my refund and product.

Crook

DO not order from her. She has stolen from so many women. I did not receive my two orders and she still owes me $$ she has yet to refund. Check BBB and other reviews before you order from online stores.
