I ordered some shirts for my husband from this place because it was cheap and convenient. Been doing it for a couple of years now. This last time, I thought I'd splurge a bit and paid an extra $17 for expedited shipping, hoping it would arrive quicker. Two days go by and nothing. No shipping confirmation, nada. So I send an email to check what's going on, and suddenly, a few hours later, I get a notification that it’s shipped. But guess what? It’s shipped via UPS SurePost, which is basically a ground service and definitely not expedited.
I was confused. Why did I pay extra if it’s just gonna ship like normal? I reached out to their customer service and spoke to someone named Noely. Tried to explain my frustration, but got a response that made it sound like this is just how they do things. No apology, no offer to make it right, just business-as-usual.
That really rubbed me the wrong way. If they can't deliver on what they promise, I'm taking my business elsewhere. It’s not even about the money; it’s the principle. I don’t need a hassle when I’m just trying to buy some shirts. So yeah, won’t be shopping here again.
