AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COSTS! So tired of this company! For weeks, I've asked for the return address to send back oversized clothes that don't match the size chart. They asked for code scans from each item, then claimed my order was correct and denied my return request. I pointed out their Returns Policy, but got no help. After daily emails, a ‘customer service’ rep said to ‘give them away,’ then finally promised to ‘escalate my request to her accounts manager.’ More chasing, no result, just a message ‘dont be mad, i will contact again’… and then silence. Six weeks later, still no return address!

The shoes don’t have a strong rubber or plastic smell, which is good. They are comfy and let her feet breathe. My daughter likes them, now we just need some good weather for outdoor wear. They’re holding up well indoors, with no clear signs of wear or creases.

The fabric isn't stretchy but there's plenty of it, and the waist has lots of stretch with elastic. The fabric does feel a bit cheap and thin, but for the price, they're still a good deal. The design on the pants I got is really adorable.

My boy likes these shoes a lot! He claims they help him run quicker :) They held up for almost a year before he grew out of them and needed a new pair, so that's why I bought them again. I've had cheap shoes that only last a few months and fall apart. But these ones didn't. If you're thinking about it, go ahead and purchase them, no need to fret!

I really like these pants. I thought they'd be made of thin polyester, but the material actually feels more like a cotton blend. No issues with transparency. The quality is good and the tall length fits me just right. I'm 5' 7" and dislike when pants stop at my ankles. These gather around the ankle perfectly. I am pleased with the print design.

These pants are honestly amazing. They feel like I'm wearing pajamas but still look really put together. They're super comfy and can be dressed up easily for a night out with the right top and heels. For a chill day, you can just throw on a tee and sneakers. Definitely a must-have in my closet.

I really like these shorts. I am 5'6" and the size XXL fits perfectly just above the knee, which is how I prefer. The waistband is soft and feels good. The fabric is sturdy without being too heavy, and it has a nice stretch to it. The pockets sit flat. They met all my needs.

Awful company.

They claim to have warehouses worldwide to speed up shipping, but everything actually ships from China. Refunds seem to not exist, and returning items is very hard. They sent me the incorrect item (wrong size AND color) and would not give me a refund or send the correct order.

I got a pair of shoes that were too large, and one shoe was even larger than the other. Despite their claims of accepting returns, they wouldn't take them back. Instead, they gave me $4! This is the worst service I’ve ever seen! Be careful before buying from this site!

Avoid buying from this company. The pants I got were torn and made of awful material, plus the print was blurry. Despite my multiple requests for a refund, they insist I can't return them and only offer £2 as compensation. Terrible company, stay away.

I ordered a flowered skirt but never got it. I reached out for a refund, but they claimed they got it. I told them I got a blue skirt I didn't order with no info about it. If that's what they meant, I still don't have my order. Don't buy from them.

This company is a skam. I dint get a confirmation email or tracking ID after paying. If you used PayPal, get your money back. Don't waste time chatting with their chatbot or clicking useless links.

I purchased a pair of casual pants from this company. They seemed nice at first. Cotton blend, I thought they were. However, when they arrived, they turned out to be 100% polyester, which wasn't what I wanted. Their returns policy was confusing; I had to reach out to them for return details and it needed to be done in a limited time (I believe 14 days). I got a fairly quick reply, but they insisted that I received the correct item. I tried to point out that the description on their site didn't match what I got. They responded saying they were ‘sorry for my disatisfaction’ and confirmed that the items sent were right. Now, after sending 4 more emails asking for return info, they seem to be ignoring me. Please be cautious. What you see on the website isn't always what you receive.

Stay away from this company; it's a complete scam. Despite placing my order a week ago, I haven't received any confirmation or estimated delivery date. Their customer service chat is utterly useless; they offer no assistance whatsoever. I'll be initiating a refund process through PayPal, as I have serious doubts about ever receiving my order. It's frustrating and disappointing to fall victim to such deceitful practices. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company at all costs.

This company is a nightmare to deal with. Despite claiming multiple warehouses worldwide, everything ships from China. Their refund policy is a joke, and returning items is next to impossible. I received the wrong item, the wrong size and color, and they wouldn't rectify the mistake or issue a refund. It's frustrating dealing with a company that doesn't stand behind its products or care about customer satisfaction. Avoid at all costs.

When I emailed them to arrange a return and get the correct item, they responded with poorly written apologies and offered just $5 (a lot less than what I paid). They never gave me a chance to return the item or get what I originally ordered. Another Facebook clothing company pulling a scam with products that never show up. STEER CLEAR OF THIS SITE.

This company is simply terrible. I wish I had checked the reviews before purchasing. The products are nothing like the photos; they’re really bad. I tried to get a refund, but they keep saying they delivered the items. Maybe they did, but they are horrible. I don’t expect to get my money back, but I’ll keep messaging them. I hope others read this before buying and don’t make the same error. I’m so mad.
