Delivery was speedy
Delivery was speedy for things in stock and all things got were as told. Some stuff didn't go cause they were sold out, but they gave back money and talked well. Altogether I'll buy from here again.

The company could do better by showing all clothes from both sides. Also, the pictures of models holding up the hem aren't helpful. We want to see how the dress or skirt looks in regular use.

The company's clothes have different sizes. The size charts and product descriptions are detailed. The prices are fair, I have many favorite items from NoraCora. The discounts are great too!

I always get discount notices AFTER buying. When I try to use the discount, there's no way to check if I really received the savings that drew me back. Delivery is also quite slow.

I sent back an order on December
I sent back an order on December 31, 2022, paid for the shipping since the items weren't good and were low-quality. I asked for a refund. Today, on March 6, 2024, I got a package with 7 items I didn't order and don't want. It's really hard to get in touch with Noracora. Be careful if you're buying! I'm not covering the return cost for this package.
