My shopping experience with this company has been incredibly awful. I placed an order for clothes for my son around 10 days ago, and to my dismay, it has not even been shipped yet. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service via email and phone calls, I have not received any response whatsoever. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I am deeply disappointed. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise against ordering from them in the future.

My last experience with this online store has been nothing short of frustrating. I placed an order for a birthday gift for my granddaughter three weeks ago, hoping it would arrive in time for her special day. Unfortunately, it's been three weeks, and the item has yet to show up. Despite numerous emails requesting a cancellation and refund, they have failed to comply, continuously assuring me that the package is on its way. Not only did I pay £17 for the dress, but an additional £8 for shipping. It's disheartening to feel misled and ignored. Moving forward, I'll stick to British-based shops to avoid similar disappointments.
