I ain't got much to compare, but it's cool havin' everything done once and then it goes to the Etsy store. Redoin' mock-ups has been hard, but I'm new, so it's prob'ly my fault.

CONCERNS ABOUT QUALITY CONTROL - A DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE In the past 30 days, the quality control from this company has significantly deteriorated. I've experienced instances where merchandise sent to both my customers and myself had serious issues. These problems include crooked prints, incorrect prints (twice, featuring another company's print art), missing the main print on the front, and overall poor print quality. As a small veteran-owned business, this is highly concerning, as it directly reflects on the representation of my brand!
