Grase, in the Belfast Brach was really helpful and went beyond to help me out - suggesting other options if one style didn't suit, and bringing lots of sizes to the changing room. Good customer service and I'll definitely be back.

I jumped on the Black Friday

I jumped on the Black Friday hype, placed my order, and guess what? They hit me with the classic "no stock" excuse, but a quick site search showed they had plenty. What gives? Waited a whole week in excitement, and all I got was a cancellation notice. Not cool. Customer service didn't do squat to help. If you're not up for giving discounts, just say so – no need for this bait-and-switch nonsense. Major letdown.

Can you believe the saga

Can you believe the saga with this desk? First, it takes a detour to the wrong place. When it finally makes it to my doorstep, turns out it's playing the size game – too large to fit through the door without causing a havoc that left my poor house worse for wear. What a mess! Not exactly the smooth delivery and assembly I had in mind. Hoping they sort out this chaos and get things back on track.

These guys didn't come

These guys didn't come through with the delivery, and to make it worse, it's like they're not even reading the messages in my emails. Every time I reach out, I get the same ol' standard reply. Talk about frustrating! It's like talking to a brick wall. Step up your game, guys, and actually pay attention to what customers are saying!
