I've been a loyal customer of Electrothreads since their early days, and their quality has never let me down. Some of my clothes and tapestries from them are nearly a decade old, yet they've stood the test of time admirably. Plus, their ordering process has been smooth sailing without any hiccups. I have always been happy with the quality of Electro Threads' products. However, this time I had a problem with my order. I placed it early in December for Christmas gifts but didn’t get the 2 items until mid-February. At the end of December, I was told they would ship the following week, but a month later, I was informed that they were still being made. I found the communication lacking, and it would be better if they were more honest with their customers. I’ve been buying from them for around 6-7 years, so just keep in mind that if you plan to get a gift, there might be a big delay in the shipping times. It’s best to order much earlier.

The coat arrived promptly and appears just like I thought it would. It is warm, soft, and quite comfy to wear. The outer design is nice as well. Unfortunately, the seam thread on the bottom left side started to unravel after just one use. Now I have around 3 inches of fabric with a raw edge that needs fixing. I didn't do anything special to make this happen, just sat outside on my balcony.

We really like your products

We really like your products, but it wasn't great that I only found out my order wouldn’t arrive before Christmas after I had to contact you the week of. If I had gotten an email earlier about the delay, it wouldn't have been an issue at all. Great products, just need to work on letting customers know sooner.

The item is quite small.

The item is quite small. I strongly suggest going a size or two larger…. The material is bad, and it took a long time to arrive. Plus, no returns are allowed, so I wasted $70 on nothing.
