    Delivery took nearly 3 weeks, and I had to follow up. It eventually arrived. These were a poor imitation of what I ordered. Advertised as Adidas trainers on Wowcher, but they’re just a cheap copy. The laces won’t fit through the holes, there’s no size label, and they’re way too small. Honestly, I wouldn’t even pay a couple of pounds for them! They did respond to my email asking for pictures. Let’s see how long it takes to get a refund, if I ever get it! Watch out for this company, complete rubbish.

    DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY OR WOWCHER. I paid £13.99 for express delivery to make sure the iPad would arrive on my son's birthday, but as others say, it’s just a total scam. I don’t even think the EVRI website they link you to is legit since Evri can't seem to deliver 133 people's parcels. Wowcher should be ashamed of letting this happen. They don't care as long as they get your cash. I'll never buy from Wowcher again.

    should be called JUST AVOID GIFT DRIECT

    not much to say, just look at all other reviews, same story as mine. Ordered an item, got stuck in transit, then they sent a new email saying it’s on its way again, im in contact with Evri. was a birthday gift. if there’s no fix, I’ll report them for fraud and to trading standards. Wowcher and evri need to stop working with them. It’s as useless as trying to fill a cup with no bottom.

    I bought a heated gilet through Wowcher.

    I bought a heated gilet through Wowcher. I placed my order on 8th December, and £19.99 was deducted from my bank on 9th December, but still no sign of the gilet. It seems that Just Gift Direct was handling the order. I sent an email asking about my order, but never got a reply. Will not be ordering from them again.

    Ordered 2 heated vests.

    Ordered 2 heated vests. Both didn’t come when they should. Followed up, one arrived on Christmas eve... way too small, the second one came 3 days after Christmas, also too small. Poor quality and neither matched the sizes on the website!
