Lens Direct was a good choice! After a long search for replacement lenses for my expensive frames, I finally found this company. I got my glasses back today, and they look really good. I'm looking forward to seeing how the transition feature works in the sunlight, but if it's as good as the lenses and quality work, I’ll be happy. At first, I worried my frames might break or I wouldn't be able to replace the lenses, but no worries—LENS DIRECT took care of everything. They did a solid job! Very pleased with the result. And the speed? Only 2 weeks! Amazing! I’ve already told a friend about this service, and I'll be helping her set it up soon.

To top it off, my glasses showed up a whole 4 days earlier than I thought. They came back looking all fresh and brand new. The packaging was on point – no issues at all. I just got my new glasses, and they’re fantastic!!! These no-line progressives are even better than what I’ve been getting from my local optician!! My vision is sharp from close up to far away. The delivery was super fast too. I spoke with several people from Lens Direct and they were all so nice and supportive. The cost of my new specs was also amazing!! I’m very happy with this company!! I had two pairs of fancy sunglasses

I had two pairs of fancy sunglasses that needed prescription lenses. They were just regular sunglasses before. I sent them to LensDirect for new lenses. I'm very happy. They look great. The prescription works well. The service was really nice, and they always let me know what was going on. If there was a wait, they told me. I would order from them again. Thanks for making my pricey glasses useful again!

I got my glasses today.

They are just right. The lens on my plastic frame fits well. These frames come with clip-on sunglasses, so they were and still are my favorite. Thanks for all you did and for updating me through the whole process, even checking with me before moving forward with the plastic frames that looked iffy. My sight is clear with these tri focals. Probably because of my wrong measurements, my mail-in lenses-only glasses weren’t clear at first. LD asked me to measure again, and it was done easily and accurately. I live on the West coast, and LD is on the East Coast, so I really appreciated their free shipping. I also enjoy LD's great customer service, helpful order updates, and good quality workmenship.

Kwasi and Lens Direct have been great to deal with. I live in an apartment, and while I was away, someone took my contacts or they were lost by the mail carrier. I’ll never know where they ended up, but Kwasi sent me a new order at no extra cost. I’ve been getting my lenses from Lens Direct for years now, and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Highly recommend.

I had six replacements for two different people in my order. Going through it with her must've been hard, but she stayed calm the whole time. She was so friendly and easy to talk to, and super patient. She made sure to check each lense replacement to make sure everything was right. Her customer service is very good!

I went through the lens replacement service and it was really quick and easy! They sent a box and a prepaid label, and in just over a week, I got my glasses back with new lenses. They were packed well, and it was WAY cheaper than using a nearby eyeglasses shop. I'm already sending in my next pair of glasses!

If I could give 10 stars I defnitely would. It’s really nice to find a company that gives such great service all the way through. I got my sunglasses today and they came out just right, plus they sent a new case and a sweet bag I can use to wipe my lenses. Thank you. It's good to see things go this well.

I've had some not-so-great

I've had some not-so-great experiences with other companies when it comes to getting replacement lens. But when I called Kissel to make sure they got my prescription, they were super helpful and took the time to answer all my questions. I'm really looking forward to getting my lens from them

The compani did a realli good job with my order. I needed it fast, and they made sure it happened. Keisha was super helpful and kept me in the loop the whole time. I got my tracking info right after USPS picked up the package. This was some of the best customer service I've had in ages.

I tried to change my password

I tried to change my password, but ended up creating a new account by mistake and lost all my order history. I contacted Lens Direct and asked them to connect my old info with the new account. It did take two phone calls to sort it out, but eventually, they got it fixed!
