Ordered progressive lenses, but unfortunately, they turned out to be unusable. The mid-range area was completely missing, and the overall quality was very poor. Despite the website clearly mentioning a 15-day return policy, they declined my return request. It seems like just another scam from China. It's worth noting that all the glowing 5-star reviews appear to be fake. My advice: steer clear of this company.

I'm sharing this review after ordering about 20 pairs so far. Why 20, you might wonder? Because I tend to misplace my glasses, so I keep a pair at my job, at home, in my car, and in my bag... I just like to try new styles from time to time. My kids broke one pair when they jumped on it. Still, I have glasses from 4 years ago that I don't use anymore since my prescription has changed. The price is amazing, and the quality is really good; they get the prescription right every time (I have astigmatism and hypermetropia). I recently ordered 4 pairs, and a week and a half later, they arrived, looking great, and the quality seems even better. It's like they got better or something, which is odd because brands usually go downhill. I really like Lensmart, and I tell everyone about them; they always have coupons too. I could keep talking about them!

I ordered prescription glasses from Lensmart for myself and my mother. My mom's glasses arrived in excellent and safe condition, and her script was correct; she has been praising how well and clear she can see and how durable the qualityl of the glasses is. My glasses went missing with the courier, but Lensmart quickly resolved the issue without any trouble. I emailed them about not receiving my glasses, and their reply was fast; they informed me that they would send a replacement. I got an email saying my glasses are on their way! I'm eager to wear my pair :)

They have a huge choice of styles—modern, simple, and everything else, so I found a pair that really suits me. I’ve been a regular customer of this company! I had an issue with my last order and was about to return the items, but their customer service contacted me and guided me in fixing my mistake, sending me new lenses. They were really helpful in working with me, asking questions and taking/sending photos to find the right perscription. I’m very pleased with how things turned out. I’ve purchased at least eight pairs of glasses from them and will keep doing so!

I ordered from Lensmart on September 17th and got my package on the 26th... I was really unsure at first... but when I opened my package, I was blown away!!! Dealing with Lensmart was simple and easy... they keep you updated all along the way, which I really like! The quality of the glasses is fantastic... I will surely be ordering again!
