I don't belive there is another American company like MJ, providing great quality, many styles and great customer service. Not only do they always make awesome new styles but they support their product in a way I have never seen before. Everyone (and I mean EVERYONE) searching for sunglasses will get a pair that fits her/his needs and style. I have two pairs and I want to buy another one.

These glasses are better than others. You get what you pay for and as many people say the custumer service is top-notch. Negative revews seem to come from not enough thought, time or consideration. None of us like a bad experiance, but if you give these folk the right information and work with them, they deserve more than a 3.3 rating. I'll always be a Maui Jim custumer. Aloha

After breaking the left arm of my wife's sunglasses

After breaking the left arm of my wife's sunglasses, Maui Jim's repair team did a quick job fixing them. Even though the warranty was long gone, Tony replaced both arms and nose pads, and also threw in a new soft case. We received amazing customer service this time, which we're very thankful for. It's hard to find that kind of service nowadays. Thank you so much!

I've got lots of Maui Jim sunglasses. They fix them every time. They're nice and professional. They'll do anything to make me happy. I'll always wear Maui Jim.

Very upset with Maui Jim's warranty.

Very upset with Maui Jim's warranty. I got my son new sunglasses for our trip to Mexico. The right lens melted there. I sent them for repair, thinking they were under warranty since they were clearly faulty. Before sending, Maui Jim asked for a CC in case the repair wasn’t covered. Of course, they charged me the full repair price. I will never buy Maui Jim again….these glasses were clearly faulty! This experience is really bad because my husband and I own at least 5 pairs of Maui Jim glasses. There is no loyalty or customer satisfaction anymore!

I purchased MJ Black Rock sunglasses and was initially disappointed when the left lens fell out within the first week. A year later, the lens fell out again, this time getting badly scratched on the sidewalk. When I contacted Maui Jim Canada for repairs, their response was unsympathetic, and they merely offered me a new pair at a small discount. I'm frustrated with their customer service and feel let down by a brand I once trusted. Be cautious if you decide to purchase from Maui Jim.
