I didn't order from us to Contacts initially because I had another company that I used, but unfortunately, that company did not respond to my request for when my order is going to be shipped so therefore I order it through a company that I knew I was gonna get my contacts lenses in time before the other ones expired. Interaction was perfect and I got my contacts within a few days. Definitely gonna order again from these people and customer service is excellent.

I ordered contact lenses again a few weeks back. The ordering process was really simple, they came fast, and the lenses are good. Today I saw the price online was much lower than what I paid, so I messaged customer service for a refund. Tony B checked my order quickly and processed the refund. I ordered progressive lenses, but I soon realized I should’ve gone with my regular reading glasses with blue light coating since I use them mostly while working on my computer. This was my mistake, but when I reached out to them to ask about my options, they did everything they could to help me out. They shipped me the correct glasses the very next day. Kits is running this company well, with excellent products and great customer support. I’m very happy and would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of fashionable glasses! They’re affordable, and the quality will really impress you!

I got a pair of single vision glasses along with a sunglass clip made for the frame. I was really happy with how fast they arrived, only took a couple of days. I really like them! There was a small issue with the right lens not fitting correctly. I emailed Kits, and they replied super fast. They asked me for a photo of the glasses and sent out a new pair right away. The customer service is amazing!! These days, it seems like many companies don’t really care about customer service, big or small. Because of how they handled everything, I would definitely recommend Kits to anyone. You won’t be let down! And the glasses are great and affordable too.

I think KITS should get more frames in stock because I’d be their biggest fan. I won’t go anywhere else. Shipping is just like any other company, but they even called me about a few days delay. Until this year, I was happy with the contacts

Until this year, I was happy with the contacts, but the ones I got in May 2024 were not so good. They came from England, which might be a factor. Twice, the contacts broke in half in my eye (something that has never happened in my 40 years of using them), and the last one I tried had a chip in the edge. I was quite let down by this batch. Customer service was quick to respond and is sending me a new box, but now I'm nervous about using them, fearing they might break again, which is quite painful.

I had an issue with an order. It turned out to be my mistake because I entered the wrong character on the form and then reordered from that incorrect order. The customer service I got was really good. My rep (Dennis) was polite and easy to talk to. He fixed the order details quickly and even corrected my typing errors to make sure nothing goes wrong next time. I definitely recommend using opticontacts. Other companies could learn a lot from the way this service department works.

They not only gave me back the extra money I paid but also gave me a great offer on a second pair. The glasses are really good, strong material and they look awesome. On top of that, they have a huge variety of styles at great prices, and the quality is really good. I don’t think I’ve ever had a prescription done so well before, maybe it’s the frame design that lets the lens sit just right. I’ve never seen this clear before, it’s amazing.

What got me was when I needed to swap for a diff'rent brand. The reps were nice n' knew their stuff, n' they fixed my issue fast.
