I discovered the frames I needed

I discovered the frames I needed, which were hard to find elsewhere, on Elklook's site. I bought them and had local lenses fitted. They were so good that I got another pair with prescription, photochromic lenses. They're really good! The lenses seem accurate, and the titanium frames are high-quality for much less than what you'd pay at an eye doctor.

It makes me appear more sophisticated, and my coworkers now call me Simon Templar (The Saint). The materials are unique and well crafted. I'm surely coming back to buy more. Thanks!

The glasses looked really nice

The glasses looked really nice, but they are quite delicate and both have broken in a short period (one leg bent and fell off, and the lenses kept falling out of the frame, which I kept putting back in).

A nice variety of frames. I didn’t know that prescription orders are handled overseas with very poor tracking. Buy somewhere else.

This has to be the worst experience I've had

This has to be the worst experience I've had buying prescription glasses online. The glasses shipped super fast, just a couple of hours after I ordered, which was odd since they were supposed to be PRESCRIPTION. They then took almost a month to arrive, with no tracking number given. I asked for it several times, but their customer service kept saying the logistics team couldn’t give me any info. Everything was shipped from China, even the lenses. When I finally got the glasses, they were slightly bent, and worse, the lenses were blurry and very reflective. I couldn’t even use them in the evenings. I asked for a return label, but none came. Instead, they just told me their lens maker said everything was fine, even though I couldn’t see out of them. Avoid this company unless you want to waste time and money.

NO HELP FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL

GLASSES WHERE NOT RIGHT POOR VISION TOO HEAVY AND WHEN I REACHED OUT TO COMSTOMER SERVICE NO HELP RETURNED GLASSES AS INSTRUCTED VIA RETURN POLICY AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND AND IT HAS BEEN OVER 3 WEEKS REACHED OUT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE MANY, MANY TIMES NO RESPONSE EVEN TRIED TO CALL ON THE WHATS UP APP AS INSTRUCTED VIA THE WEBSITE NO ONE ANSWERED ....DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY....YOU HAVE BEEN WORN
