The product was easy to set up and use. I began noticing sounds I hadn't noticed in ages. After being quoted almost 8 thousand dollars, I was unsure what to expect, but these affordable over-the-counter hearing aids worked well. I would suggest these to anyone dealing with hearing loss.

I own a set of hearing aids from the Veterans
I own a set of hearing aids from the Veterans Administration, and I can change all the settings using my cell phone. I would have rated it a 5 if the hearing aids from Bosa had similar options.

These aren’t actual hearing aids.
These aren’t actual hearing aids. They’re just amplifiers. There’s a big difference. They make everything louder, but the sound is awful and can even hurt your ears. Real hearing aids adjust sound levels for different frequencies, based on your needs. This is usually done with an equalizer on a computer with a control program. I got these but I’m not using them anymore.

Avoid this company at all costs!!! I’ve been waiting more than a year for my refund! I’ve made multiple calls, sent emails, and at first, I received a standard reply. But now, I hear nothing. I even paid to send the hearing aids back. They just ignore you and keep your money. They are scammers!!! I’ve reported them for fraud! DO NOT send them any money!!!

The marketing is strong and they make many promises. However, the customer service is really bad, and most of the time, there is no response at all. Don’t expect any answers to your questions. Don’t expect to get a reply from the company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY unless you want to waste your money.
