I recently got really good help from customer service. I bought 5 pairs of reading glasses, but they didn’t fit my head well and seemed like they would slip off my nose. Those glasses didn’t have screws. Eyekeeper suggested glasses with screws, and I agreed to switch. They sent me a new set without charging me. Multiple customer service people helped me through emails, and all of them were polite and professional. The new glasses fit perfectly, and I am very pleased. I will keep buying my glasses from Eyekeeper.

We recently completed the Contrasts

We recently completed the Contrasts of Switzerland tour. It’s mostly just train tickets and hotels. You travel in standard class, and there’s nothing unique about the experience. Unlike guided bus tours, no details about the places are shared during the train rides. You could simply arrange the hotels and tickets yourself and save a good amount. To me, this tour isn’t worth the cost.

Good value, good product, and good service when I had an issue with one pair. This may seem like a fake review, but I'm being honest and just feel like so many companies are really bad right now, so it's nice to get good service for a change. I hope Eyekeeper does well and I'll for sure shop here again. I now have many colourful pairs (12) and can match my outfits every day!!!!

It took about three weeks for my glasses to arrive. I ordered two pairs: on one, the screw that keeps the arm in place fell out after just two days. I couldn't fix it because there was no thread left. The other pair seems okay so far!

I bought 2 pairs of sport blue light glasses. The frames broke the first time I wore them. I attempted to leave a review on their website, but it seems like they remove any review below 4 stars. Poor quality is clearly common with this company, and if I had known, I wouldn’t have spent $18 on each pair. My order was delayed, but their customer service responded quickly to help me out. Pros: helpful customer service Cons: dishonest business practices (removing real reviews from the website), and poor quality product.

I bought several packs of reading

I bought several packs of reading glasses and, honestly, I suppose you get what you pay for... After I placed the order, I got an email the next day asking me to confirm the order before it shipped, which seemed strange. Then, it took about 15 days to arrive, and two of the pairs had a broken arm. I'd suggest spending a little more and going for a UK-based company, as it wasn't clear they make and ship everything from China! To be fair, they did process a refund for me and the customer service was decent.

Heads up! Pretty sure this company is based in China. My glasses didn't show up and the tracking number dosen't work at all. Now I'm worried they got my card info. Hope others don't go thru what I did.

I bought 5 pairs of glasses through Pay Pal 5 weeks ago, but still haven't gotten them. I'm not sure if I will ever get them. I will contact Pay Pal for a refund.
