I had a few problems with my order at first, but once I got in touch with Daniela M, everything improved. There were many emails exchanged because I wasn't sure if I was picking the right pair of glasses. Daniela was really patient and took the time to guide me through every step of the customization process to help me find the right pair, even though I had no clue what I was doing. Daniela M was awesome, thanks a lot! 5 stars.

I was informed that if my sunglasses didn't fit, I could exchange them and still get the same promotional price for the new size. This experience has made me think about purchasing more items.

I've red alot of reviews questionin' the valedity of the name brand merchandise and the timeliness of delivery. I can 100% say that my experience was great. I received my order in a timeline that one would expect from ground delivery and the sunglasses I ordered were 100% authentic. I will shop with them again.

I called to order my contacts and was informed that the delivery would take 2 weeks, so I decided not to proceed with the order. Two days later, I ordered my contacts online, as I usually do, and this time the delivery was estimated to be only 5 to 7 days. I'm curious about the difference in delivery times.

I believe offering a discount and then not actually providing the one promised is not honest. It seems that the price was increased, and as a result, the amount I paid for 6 cartons of eyedrops was only a few dollars less than the original price.
