My daughter's eyesight isn't too

My daughter's eyesight isn't too bad for glasses, but she feels she sees better with them. She picked these frames at our last eye doctor visit, and she felt cute and sure in them. They said we couldn't get these with plain lenses put in. I know they were trying to save me some money, and I really like my eye doctor office. But sometimes we all need that little thing that helps us feel like we can do better.

I got lots of new lenses from Go-Optic and they were really good. They got lots of different lenses to pick from, their prices are fair, and they don't take too long to get them done. Also, their customer service talks are really good.

The checkout process was quick and easy. I appreciate that frames are labeled if they are eligible for progressive lenses. The only issue I encountered was that, even when I'm logged into my account, my shopping cart wasn't being saved. This meant I had to add all the items I wanted again when placing my order.

I have been struggling to fix my problem with this company

I have been struggling to fix my problem with this company, and they are no help at all. I was promised a message the day before my trip, but all I got was the address of the train station, which was really hard to find the exact pick up spot. When we finally got there, it was too late, and the shuttle had already gone. I also attempted to call the phone number on their site since they didn’t give me one, but nobody picked up. I reached out to them after this situation, and they are unwilling to do anything for me. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a businesss.

I got the "no worries" package that was

I got the "no worries" package that was supposed to cover any flight delays and give me another transport. When I called them, they just told me to cancel my transfer and get a voucher. Then I found out I'd have to wait almost 5 hours for a new ride, basically the whole night! After wasting about an hour with customer service, they somehow got me a ride in two hours. This is nothing like the "no worries" deal they advertised. I’m really dissapointed with their service and how they handle things!
