Definitely not what I expected
I ordered a lens replacement back in February 2025 and got the wrong glasses. Annoying, right? So, I reordered in March, thinking it would be sorted out. But now, the status is pending inventory, and it's been ages. I've sent multiple emails, but no one's responding. Honestly, it's frustrating. I just want my frames back at this point. This whole experience has been a mess. Definitely not what I expected.
