FRAUDULENT Business Practices – Late Delivery, No Refund, and Dismissive Service
Avoid this company at all costs and report them if you’ve had a similar experience.
I placed an order with **** on June 13, 2025 (Order #****) and spent $129.74. From the very beginning, the experience was fraudulent and unacceptable:
Their site promised a 10% “NEW customer” discount that was never honored, despite my immediate email request.
The order confirmation said items would ship within 7 days. Instead, the product arrived 4 weeks later — far beyond the promised timeline, making it useless.
When I contacted customer service, I was met with insulting “offers”: first $6, then $39 to keep the items. Their so-called return policy is deliberately difficult and misleading.
I followed every instruction:
Paid $21.05 out of pocket to return the items on 7/18/25.
USPS confirms the package was delivered on 7/22/25 at 12:16 PM to their **** address.
Their own policy says refunds are issued within 7–15 business days after receipt. Yet, today is 8/24/25 — more than a month later — and I still have no refund.
Customer service has been dismissive and evasive, questioning the proof I provided and ignoring their obligations. Every response felt scripted and designed to wear down customers into giving up.
The reality:
$129.74 spent on the order
$21.05 wasted on return shipping
$0 refunded
Weeks of frustration and dishonest treatment
⚠️ This is outright fraud. **** operates with false advertising, unacceptable delays, refusal to honor returns, and terrible customer service. They take your money and dismiss your concerns.
