Seeing website ads on Facebook and also a store on Amazon, I hesitated to buy due to all the selling scams we see daily. After checking reviews, which were mixed, I decided to order anyway and I'm very happy I did. I quickly got an email saying my order was received. A few days later, I got another saying it was shipped and gave me a tracking number. Coming from China, I had low expectations on delivery times, but I was pleasently surprised. The whole process was timely and easy. I ordered 3 shirts with free shipping. Each shirt was as described and shown. The colors are bright and what I wanted. The quality is better than I thought for the price. I used the website sizing chart and all 3 fit! My only issue is the fabric on 2 shirts is listed and tagged as only a linen cotton blend but the shirts look and feel like some polyester is also in the fabric ...I'm not a polyester fan. The 3rd shirt is tagged as cotton and that is what it feels and looks like. For the price, I am keeping all 3 shirts...each is unique! Thank you, Coofandy!!

Ordered 3 outfits, eagerly waiting for them. When they arrived, none of them fit. Reached out to the company, and they just offered me $50. Seriously? I spent almost $200! Felt like an insult. I wanted a proper exchange or refund, not this nonsense. It felt like they were just trying to brush me off. Not cool at all. I was hoping for a better customer service experience. Honestly, it’s a headache dealing with them. Would’ve preferred a straightforward, honest company instead. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear. It’s not worth the frustration.

Well, here’s the update. After my first review, where I mentioned how Coofandy wouldn't give me a refund for clothes that didn't fit, things took a turn. Not long after, Coofandy actually reached out and offered a full refund. I didn’t expect that, honestly. Big thanks to Trust Pilot for having a place where we can share our experiences, and cheers to Coofandy for stepping up and sorting things out. It's good to see they care about their customers in the end. So, if anyone else has issues, don't give up. Sometimes things do get fixed.

I recently got two leisure outfits, and I gotta say, I'm super happy with my purchase! They're really comfy and look great. Although, I think I might have ordered a size too big, so I'll fix that next time. One thing that threw me off was the zipper being on the left side. Isn't that usually for women's clothes? Anyway, it's not a big deal, just something I noticed. Overall, very satisfied with what I got and definitely looking forward to ordering more in the future.

I got this shirt for a wedding, ordered it like a month and a half ahead. I was so excited, but guess what? It showed up the day after we left town for the event. I got this sweater and it’s really soft, exactly what I was hoping for. Normally, I wear a medium but sometimes a large depending on the brand. This time, the medium was slightly big on me. I tried shrinking it a bit and it helped some. Besides that, it's super stylish and matches perfectly with my everyday outfits. It has quickly become one of my go-to pieces.

I ordered the gray set and it was way too big, plus the quality was disappointing, not what I expected from this store. Out of my whole order, only one out of three items showed up. I'm still waiting for return instructions for the gray set. Emailed customer service but haven't heard back yet. Feels like I'm stuck with this oversized set.

The quality of the materials is disappointing; they're thin and poorly serged with fraying edges. Moreover, there are no return instructions provided. I urge the company to offer return labels to ensure customers can easily return items and receive full credit for their purchases.

I've picked up quite a few items from this shop and overall, it's been a good experience. One thing I got was way too big, but I'm gonna make it work somehow. Despite that hiccup, I'm still planning to buy more stuff from them. Their products are generally solid and worth it.

When I ordered online for my husband, I was unsure. He needs 2x size and often it's small online. But these clothes fit perfectly! Plenty of room, good for beach vacation. Really pleased!
