One area you could really improve is the packaging, especially considering the costs. I usually buy high-end brands online, and I bought from you expecting the same level of care and beauty in the packaging. For me, this is very important. Unfortunately, only with your company have I noticed real negligence in packaging. For example, a while ago I bought a Saint Laurent t-shirt, and it arrived in a dirty cardboard box without any wrapping or bag. Same for a Dior shirt (which was a gift), I had to take it to the cleaners before giving it. I admit, this is why I don't buy from you often.
