Do not order from this company. My son paid £99 for a vintage outfit box. The pictures make the clothes look nice, but what came was really poor quality. The items are worn out and the colors are faded, nothing like what was advertised. Customer service is useless, saying you can swap but not get your money back once opened. They promised a free gift, but he never got it. When I left a comment on their Instagram, they blocked me. A total scam, stay away from them!

False advertising

Do not order these mystery boxes, they're a pure scam. You will get only 3 items per box even if you order different boxes at the same time. We should have got at least 8 items (box a + b, which should be at least 3 + 5 items) but only received 6. Hoodies are of mediocre quality and some of them stained. We had also ordered a jacket which was not sent at all despite being listed as contents of the first parcel and had quite a battle to eventually receive it, yet still no sign of the missing hoodies. 2 stars anyway because we eventually did receive most of our order even if quality of the goods was disappointing. Definitely overpriced for what you get!

Never buy from this site

I ordered an item then arranged to send it back which I paid the return postage for and emailed a copy of proof of the return postage to them. I returned it because it arrived late and was also told I was paying for 24 delivery. When the package eventually arrived after about 5 days I could see it had never been posted on the 48 hr service as promised and paid for. I have kept constant contact with them. It is now almost a month. I have sent regular emails asking them to confirm the item was back with them and for them to process my refund. Since then I have had no response and not received my refund. I will continue to contact them until I get my refund. The next stage will be to report them to trading standards as per the online selling regulations. But I would suggest you don't spend your money with this company. Customer service is awful, clearly no respect for customers and no intetest in communicating or refunding as promised. I do not recommend anyone wasting their time and money with this company.

0 STARS Wish I had checked the reviews before buying! Paid £99 per box of 8 items in a men’s large, said to be grade A… What arrived looks like it came from some old factory locker… dirty, torn, zips not working.. carhatt “gift” is a FAKE! I emailed them but got no answer.. reported to trading standards for false advertising and selling fake stuff. YOU might make some quick cash from people foolish enough to trust you, but this business won’t last long. Enjoy it while it lasts, you scaming awful people.

Massive scam

Packages took an entire month to even arrive. That which did arrive can only be described as unusable rags, where only two pieces even seemed wearable. There was clear wear on every piece, tape everywhere, and got sent incorrect sizes. The "free carrhartt" is a complete scam. Got given a dingy cap I wouldn't be surprised if it turned out fake. Overall, only fit for the trash or the furnace. Complete waste of money, don't shop here.

Ordered the mystery box for my son for Christmas never arrived no response on customer support emails, phone number doesn’t work absolutely terrible. They should feel like criminals as this is my budget now gone for my sons Christmas presents and I have to wait ages to see if I can get money back from my card and now have no further money to buy him something else as a replacement … very very upset

Avoid!

Advertise items they don’t have in stock and then eventually refund the item but not the postage despite them incurring no costs. I would avoid! Poor customer service too. They also delete any negative comments so this won’t last long! I suspect they are advertising lots of items they can not supply and just taking in postage costs when they refund having incurred no costs themselves.

Scammers ordered 10/10/25 item still awaiting dispatch until a few days ago, ignore emails and clearpay dispute, i told them twice I wanted to cancel and they asked why ???? I told them fed up if waiting, got a notification 2 days ago it's been sent, absolutely useless and you have to pay to send back, soni intent not ti collect it and i ve been refunded by clearpay…. Avoid

I am very shocked they manage to sell stuff like this. My North Face jacket arrived with a tear on the arm. There are many weird stains and it smells really bad, plus there was hair inside. And NONE of this was shown in the photos! It is almost ridicolous. Do not buy anything from them.

A Rag

Never shop from here, I've put better clothes on bin, no-one had replied to my email about return..I am disgusted that they bunbled it in a bag, would they themselves like to receive a package like that, especially a Christmas present .

No refund

Football shirts took more than a month to arrive in the Netherlands from China. After returning the items I have still not received any money back. Contact with customer support has been polite but so far no results after 2 months.

Absolutely awful Experience

Please avoid this company!! Sent my parcel to the wrong address and once they realised it was their mistake they stopped replying to me. Poor customer support - refused to offer a refund or any support. Would completely avoid.

Pretty disapointed, ordered 3 boxes and got 3 jumpers all the same, plus two necklaces and two rings that matched too. It was supposed to include a free gift but nothing showed up, not happy at all, wouldn’t recomend.

SCAMMERS stay away from this company

The print I ordered took forever to arrive and their support team could not help at all. I paid £25 and after just a few days the poster faded and turned brown instead of staying black.
