    The sign-up process was fast and clear. The staff provided good information. I had a small issue with the towing. My first tow for 10/22/24 got rescheduled because of a truck issue. Due to my condition, I asked for a tow in the afternoon or late morning, but the driver aimed for 6:30 a.m. After some discussion, we agreed on an 8 a.m. pickup, but the truck showed up in the early afternoon, which was okay! The driver was friendly, did a quick job, and even took off my tags. Overall, I would suggest this company!

    At first, the whole process felt really complicated

    At first, the whole process felt really complicated, and the representative I spoke with wasn't friendly or helpful. However, the guy from the tow company who came to pick up my beloved Toyota was an absolute delight! He made me feel good about my decision to donate, and he took care of everything smoothly from start to finish. Thank you, Brian! The in-person experience was great and made everything much better!

    It was very simple.

    It was very simple. I sent my donation request and submitted pictures. They called back, answered simple questions, and still wanted the car. Got a call from the towing company and they picked it up in a few days. Very simple.

    The person who collected my info did a great job!

    The person who collected my info did a great job! The towing service was also very good and highly professional. Everything was done in just three days - only because we started on a Friday - cars were collected first thing Monday. Thanks!
