Christina R. Herndon is fantastic! After not having insurance for a few years and paying off my car, I decided to "do the right thing" and get insured again. The issue was finding a plan that wouldn’t cost too much! Christina spent around 45 minutes on the phone with me, carefully explaining my choices and answering all my questions. She didn't hurry me and even stayed on hold while I contacted family for funds on my debit card. As a single renter, I was very grateful to have an agent who went the extra mile to reduce my down payment. Who else would do that? Thank you SO MUCH Christina, Vern Fonk is fortunate to have you as an employee

It was fast and simple. I didn’t save much, but they did save me a bit. Very helpful that they did all the digging for me, making it a less worrisome task.
