Dis be a solid product. Unlike Car Shield, which ain't good. My Ford service dude won't touch Car Shield, but he's cool with Toco 'cause they got good backup. Toco rocks, thanks!

My experience with Toco was alright.

My experience with Toco was alright. I used their service for almost a year before deciding to cancel. During that time, I had one breakdown and had to contact Toco for assistance. It took quite a while, about 4 hours, to get a tow truck to my location, but it was a busy day, so I understand. They had to reach out to two different tow companies before one could come. Luckily, I broke down within city limits just before leaving town, so I wasn't stuck in a dangerous situation. Coordinating with the repair shop took a few days because Toco is based on the West coast and I live on the East coast. Plus, their office isn't open on weekends. I was pleasantly surprised that the cost for replacing an air pump was lower than I expected. The representatives were always professional and helpful, even when I decided to cancel my plan. However, in the long run, the cost didn't make sense compared to how much of the repairs were covered. I ended up paying more for the warranty than the actual repair would have cost me out of pocket.

Last year, I faced some tough

Last year, I faced some tough moments and Stephanie really stepped up to help out and manage everything so smoothly. I had some problems with Liberty Hyundai not providing a Courtesy Loaner when I dropped off my vehicle around mid-September 2023. We went a whole month without a loaner, making it difficult to attend all our appointments. Thankfully, Stephanie and Holly came to our aid and sorted out getting us a loaner. It was a real relief. I feel grateful for their help and would definitely want Stephanie, Holly, or Madison to handle any future issues I might have (hopefully none). I can't thank them enough for their amazing assistance. Stephanie and Holly, you guys rock! Thanks a bunch for being so awesome. Hope you see this review.
