Where do I begin...
They say it's a 3 day free trial, but instead you just get 250 credits (so 250 words). - I tried to rewrite my cover letter and the AI just failed after putting it in a queue. The queue message said "you have to wait because it's a trial," which felt like a way to make you give up and pay. When the AI crashed, I lost my credits without getting anything. THEN I go to the chat, first with a bot, then a human. I explained what happened, and the person said they saw the error and told me to use a different email to sign up again. I did it, but felt unsure, so I asked, "Why not just give me back the credits?" Then I wanted to close my current account. You can't even find where to do that – very hidden and weird UX. She told me she deleted it already and I should just make a new one. But I was still logged in, so how was it deleted? I logged out and back in, and yep – the account was STILL there. The support agent LIED. The chat was not profesional at all. I even asked HOW TO DELETE IT and they just replied with "please don’t cancel, what can we do to help" and some ad to make me buy the plan. No help at all. They LIED about deleting my account. I finally deleted it myself. This all feels wrong. BE CAREFULL, it might be a scam.
