Been charging me every month and no credits ever show up. Contacted support, got some AI bot that was useless (makes me think the software is bad), then finally spoke to a human, now they just stopped replying and I had to cancel my subscription with no refund or help at all. Would stay away, looks like a company just riding the AI hype. Also the interface is really terrble.

They asked for around €98 for a 1 year subscription - I used the service and canceled on the same day and they took all my credits. After talking to support they returned all the credits I payed for.

I am really happy with this app!

It works very well and gives exactly what it says. The tools are easy to use, strong, and help me do my work much faster. What really shines is their support team – they are super quick and very helpful. Any problems or doubts I had were fixed right away, making everything smooth. I strongly reccomend this app to anyone who wants a trustworthy and good service!

Rarely write reviews, but people should know. Undetectable AI is running a scam. I canceled my subscription and thought it was over, but they kept charging my card without telling me. No emails, no receipts, nothing – just hidden charges stacking up after I canceled. This is not a small mistake or accident. It’s done on purpose. They make it seem like you canceled, then silently keep taking money. When I contacted them, customer service was rude and unhelpful, refusing to give a proper refund or fix the issue. No honest company acts this way. It’s a trap to make customers pay for things they don’t want. If you care about your money and peace of mind, stay away from Undetectable AI. They will take your cash and hide behind tricky billing.

Humanaziing is really bad. I would not recomend it to anyone. The website makes it hard to understand their plans and the service feels very shady and untrustworthy.

Where do I begin...

They say it's a 3 day free trial, but instead you just get 250 credits (so 250 words). - I tried to rewrite my cover letter and the AI just failed after putting it in a queue. The queue message said "you have to wait because it's a trial," which felt like a way to make you give up and pay. When the AI crashed, I lost my credits without getting anything. THEN I go to the chat, first with a bot, then a human. I explained what happened, and the person said they saw the error and told me to use a different email to sign up again. I did it, but felt unsure, so I asked, "Why not just give me back the credits?" Then I wanted to close my current account. You can't even find where to do that – very hidden and weird UX. She told me she deleted it already and I should just make a new one. But I was still logged in, so how was it deleted? I logged out and back in, and yep – the account was STILL there. The support agent LIED. The chat was not profesional at all. I even asked HOW TO DELETE IT and they just replied with "please don’t cancel, what can we do to help" and some ad to make me buy the plan. No help at all. They LIED about deleting my account. I finally deleted it myself. This all feels wrong. BE CAREFULL, it might be a scam.

Total nonsense detector.

It says many detectors will mark text as AI made when they really don’t, they just want to sell their services. The free trial AI lets you only put in 250 words and the ‘humanised text’ is just the same text but with way more grammar mistakes.

Terrible product. Creates awful, unnatural text full of errors. They charged me 69 dollars before my three-day trial was over (it wasn’t even close to 72 hours). It’s been ten days since I reached out to 'support' and still no reply. Ridiculous, scammy nonsense. Also, the AI detection said my writing was 81 percent AI made, even though I wrote it myself! Really bad, really bad, really bad.

This feels like a rip off. Product dont seem ready and came with no directions. No help clips or guides at all. I reached out by phone hoping for help and got weird answers that didnt solve anything. I have a feeling their help team is not even local. I went for the 3 day trial and they took the money right away, then said I cant get it back. Be carefull and avoid this place!!!🤬

Useful and easy to use.

So far, this tool is useful for me and it really humanize my text when I need it the most. To be honest, this is one of my weaknesses when it comes to writing.

Easy to use website

I'd love to show how this tool made my essay writing easier than before. Not completely copying everything, as I don't really trust AI yet, but to my surprise, it gave me the best results even without changing everything. Thanks for making this tool.

Stay away from undetectable.ai — canceling is way too complicated!

Had to go through 8 steps and even type 50 characters to say why I’m quitting. Total trickery. Feels really dishonest.

Been a job hunter for almost 4 months and I bumped to a video about AI Job applier, I explore and tried a lot of tools but only Undetectable AI Smart Applier got me a lot of interviews and finally found a job.

Free trial says 3 days but ended just after one use. Right after I clicked "continue", it took money from my card without showing any warning. No email came to confirm the payment. Every time the tool humanizes a text, it says AI checkers see it as 99% human, but this isn't true. I tried those tools and they often marked the text as made by machine. Also a few times it gave me back the same text I put in, not the changed one. Gonna try to get a refund, but don't have much hope it will work out.

Fixing grammar errors from undetectable AI is more time-consuming than rewriting the AI-generated text on your own. Although I do appreciate the AI check feature, it’s free. Additionally, QuillBot is more effective at humanizing text and it's also free.

If you decide to cancel your yearly subscription to prevent future charges, you will forfeit access to all the services you've paid for. So, if you pay for a year upfront and want to avoid additional charges later, they instruct you to set a reminder to cancel rather than giving you the option to disable auto-renewal beforehand. This is unfair. It seems like they are trying to trick people into losing their money if they forget to cancel. Avoid this company!
