    SCAM DO NOT ORDER! I ordered from this company for a Christmas present. I used a photo that was iffy and may not work. When I received the first review AFTER 24 hours order placed. It was terrible. So, I emailed to cancel it. Reordered it with a different photo. Then, proceeded to get an email on how they are going to charge me a 20% cancelation fee. I have emailed them multiple times that I have already ordered the same thing. I just keep getting pre-canned emails. There is no number to reach out to customer service. BUYER BEWARE...terrible company.

    I'm disappointed with my recent purchase. The portrait I received didn't capture the true essence of the child. The alterations to the mouth and age are quite evident, making him appear more like a girl. The headpiece choice and aging effect don't align with our expectations. Unfortunately, the family I intended to gift it to shares my dissatisfaction, and we won't be displaying it in the child's room. A refund is requested, as the portrait falls short of our preferences.

    Second time around with this company and déjà vu – tried to cancel within the 24-hour policy window, but it's like I was shouting into the void. No one hit me back until a whopping 5 days later. Customer service? Definitely not their strong suit. Now, I'm stuck in limbo waiting on the product.     The thing they sent me is

    The thing they sent me is like a far cry from what they showed in their ads. It's almost like someone took a face from a magazine, did a cut-and-paste job, and called it a day. Asked for a refund, and what do I get? Straight-up ignored. Absolute nightmare dealing with these folks.

    Don't do it!

    Ordered the picture for my wife for Mother's day paying even a bit extra to ensure timely delivery. It is now August and still nothing even after 2 attempts to get the company to respond to me. I warn others---don't waste your time and money on a company like this

    Wouldn't deal with them!!

    I wouldn't think twice before doing any kind of business with them. Their customer service is useless, they ignore your request until it is too late and they they want to charge you for shipping the item back to them for a refund. They are the scam artist.
