Bobby (bglws.org) talked lots 'bout the food. I decided to give it a shot for my fussy eaters after seein' how much the shelter liked it and the dogs were so eager to chow down. I got the mix pack to test it. Oh boy. This be genuine grub, ya can spot the veggies and meat. It don't hog much space in the fridge. I did the numbers, it's cheaper than the cans I used to give 'em. They go nuts at mealtime now. We picked the turkey 'cause it got 'em most excited.

I purchased this with a 30 day guarantee. I opened one package and it smelled wierd and of course my dog would not eat it. I have reached out to their BOT team RubyLyn multiple times. She said that she could refund me 50% until I reminded her of the 30 guarantee. She then said ok and it was closing time on Friday. Said she would get back to me. I tried again multiple times today, Monday and they left me hanging on the chat for a very long time. Hold on let me check on that they said, and never returned. Now they are closed. How do these companies even get in business? I would like a full refund. I am happy to put negative reviews on every site possible until I do. Thank you! NOW THEY INSULT ME IN THEIR REPLY BELOW!!!! They made me take a quiz which told me which meals to choose and offered the discount upfront. Why would one assume when they advertise both side by side that it voids the refund. You send spoiled food and expect paying customers to just deal with it? Then you tell me you will give me a refund and ignore me, then take back your word!
